Public Daily Rates

Minimum 1-day rental. Minimum charge $900. Rates are per 24-hour rental period.

Public included mileage: 150 miles/day. Overage: $0.50/mile.

Minimum 72-hour advance booking notice required for public bookings.

Signature event dates are released seasonally. Road Club members have priority access via round-robin.

Road Club members receive add-ons at cost plus a $25 setup fee. Van is pre-configured before every arrival — preferences on file.

Section 4

Fee Schedule

Applies to all members and public renters. No member waivers on operational charges.

Black/grey tank dump	Renter's responsibility	Non-compliance: $125. No exceptions. No member waivers.
Cleaning fee	$175	Heavy soiling, food mess, stains. Light cleaning expected.
Smoking inside	$500	Zero tolerance. No exceptions, ever.
Fuel — failure to refill	Fuel cost + $35	Diesel. Return full.
Mileage overage	Per tier (see above)	Billed post-return
Late return	$95/hour	After 3 hours: additional day at rack rate
Security deposit	$1,500 held at booking	Released within 72 hrs of clean return
Pet found in vehicle	$500	NO PETS. Zero exceptions. $500 fee if evidence of pet found.
Additional driver — spouse/domestic partner	FREE	Must be listed before departure
Additional driver — all others	$50/driver	Must be listed before departure. No additions after departure.
